Our team includes licensed clinicians, peer support specialists, and fellow fow veterans who understand the unique challenges of military service and transition to civilian life.
At Fernrock Personal Care, our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality behavioral and mental health services to veterans, ensuring that those who served our country receive the care, dignity, and support they deserve
SUPPORTING VETERANS THROUGH EVIDENCE-BASED GROUP THERAPY
Our group therapy services are designed specifically for Veterans, providing structured, evidence-based approaches that promote healing. resilience, and connection. Led by experienced social workers, these groups create a supportive environment where Veterans can address behavioral patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and improve interpersonal relationships. We incorporate widely recognized therapeutic models that are commonly used in Veteran care settings. Each approach is tailored to meet the unique experiences and challenges faced by those who have served.

CBT focuses on identifying and challenging distorted thinking patterns that can lead to harmful behaviors. Veterans learn practical skills to reduce anxiety, depression, and negative thinking.

DBT combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices. This approach is especially effective for improving emotional regulation and managing intense feelings.

ACT helps veterans accept difficult thoughts and emotions while committing to actions aligned with their values.

EFT is a short-term, structured approach that helps individuals better understand and process their emotions. It is particularly effective for improving relationships and emotional awareness.

The S.E.L.F. model is a trauma-informed framework widely used in veteran services.
